A multidisciplinary team has made the first footsteps into the company that we now are, and within multidisciplinarity you find one of our core-values. We believe in working with talents instead of working with given roles within an organisation. Our multidisciplinary team has now been increased with trainers, scientists, consultants, coaches and psychologists who all work with us with their own expertise and talents as the starting point.
